The Ministry of Health of the Nation officialized the extension of the electronic prescription to all medical indications including restricted prescription drugs, studies, practices, procedures and medical devices and did so by Resolution 2214/2025 published this Monday in the Official Gazette. Thus, the process started on January 1st with the obligation of the electronic prescription for medicines, in compliance with Law 27.
