A Jacksonville man was arrested and charged with kidnapping Tuesday after police found him with a runaway juvenile.

Police Civics of the Department of Homicide and Protection of People (DHPP) took, on Thursday (22), a man suspected of involvement in the kidnapping of a 45-year-old woman in early March in the area of São Paulo.
