Elche authorizes a 7 month delay without penalty in a millionaire contract

The Municipality of Elche has accepted without penalty the justifications given by the multinational from Extremadura SICE, Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Electricas SA, which last October won a contest of 3.1 million euros, in two lots, for the supply of electrical material destined for the improvement of the energy efficiency and renovation of public lighting.
