Mario Hidalgo Argüeyo or Mario Hidalgo Argüello alias “El Noriz” and/or “El Mayo”, who served as a member of “High Relevance” within the “Cártel de Sinaloa”, was sentenced to 29 years in prison. “El Noriz”, was arrested in February 2014, by members of the Secretariat of the Navy of Mexico (Marina), in Culiacán, Sinaloa, with firearms, chargers, cartridges, narcotics, vehicles and cash.
