The events took place on 15 and 25 August, the latter being when a person ended up being injured with a gun inside a car of the Limache-Puerto Train, so that after the proceedings carried out by the Police Investigation Section (SIP) of the Second Police Station of Carabineros Valparaíso, the person could be identified, and issued an arrest warrant against Jonathan Letelier, also known in the area as “El Diablo”.
