Jesús Iván "N", alias "El Chino Arce", was captured in Ciudad Obregón as a priority objective, having a total of five arrest warrants, one of them for an armed assault that left eight people dead and 26 injured. According to the Attorney General's Office of Justice of the State, the subject is pointed out as the head of a criminal cell operating in the region, so he had a reward of 500,000 pesos for providing information for his capture.

In addition to multiple homicides, he is charged with other qualified homicides, attempted homicides, unlawful deprivation of aggravated liberty and criminal association, most of which reportedly occurred between 2024 and 2025, according to the authority.
