EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA) - One person was arrested after a hit-and-run killed a man, according to El Centro Police Department (ECPD). On Thursday, May 14, at about 9:20 p.m., El Centro officers were called about a crash in the area of Imperial Avenue and Pico Avenue.
