A ban on leaving the country was imposed on Hasan İmamoğlu, the father of CHP presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, and his son Selim İmamoğlu, without their statements being taken as part of a "corruption investigation."
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office sent instructions to the Istanbul Police Department to take the statements of Ekrem İmamoğlu's father and son within the framework of financial accusations against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
A new development has emerged in the corruption investigation into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). As part of the investigation, written instructions have been sent to the police department to obtain statements from Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu's father, Hasan İmamoğlu, and his son, Selim İmamoğlu.
