Most of us rely on our motor vehicles for basic necessities, like buying groceries, doctor visits, and of course, getting to and from work. Currently in Massachusetts, a motorist’s driving license can be suspended for unpaid fines, fees and taxes, including unpaid speeding and parking tickets.
