- Macklemore pledged his entire $1 million salary from the tour to six Palestinian humanitarian organizations, while Sheeran and Gillette Stadium owner Robert Kraft each committed $2 million to aid the region.
- Advocates including Maruja and Frontman Joe Carroll urged the controversy to refocus on Palestine's humanitarian crisis, with Carroll stating, "This is a genocide. There shouldn't be any 'picking a side', it's just basic human morality.
