Eau Claire County inmate, arrested while imprisoned, makes court appearance

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – The man arrested for battery to a law enforcement officer while already imprisoned in the Eau Claire County Jail made his initial court appearance. According to the criminal complaint, law enforcement responded to the County Jail after staff said 25-year-old Trevor Blackburn was being combative.
