DAYTON, WA — A Columbia County man has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to child sex abuse charges stemming from an investigation by the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office. Vasilios “Billy” Tziouvaras entered guilty pleas Wednesday in Columbia County Superior Court to one count of second-degree rape of a child and one count of first-degree incest.
