The City of Ithaca says a contractor, Paul F. Vitale Construction, is beginning a sidewalk improvement project on May 19on the 600 to 800 blocks of Mitchell Street on Ithaca’s east hill that will include replacing concrete sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, and drainage improvements.
