KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A deadly crash on Interstate 70 in Kansas City, Missouri, was causing traffic backups along the interstate Friday afternoon. The crash was reported just after 3:15 p.m. on I-70, near I-435. The eastbound lanes of I-70 were closed near the Truman Sports Complex.
