Tuesday evening’s regular business meeting of the Ashland City Council has been cancelled due to heavy snow, the city announced Tuesday morning, and all Parks & Recreation classes have been canceled. Southern Oregon University is closed for the day.

(Feb. 17, 2026) — A late-winter storm delivered widespread snowfall across the Rogue Valley on Tuesday, with some of the highest valley-floor totals concentrated in and around east Medford, according to the National Weather Service.
