East Grand Forks woman sentenced to 73 months for selling fentanyl to informant

POLK COUNTY, Minn. — An East Grand Forks woman was sentenced Tuesday, July 22, to 73 months for first-degree sale of a controlled substance. Tracy Ann Hangsleben, 50, pleaded guilty to the felony. Three remaining felony charges were dismissed under a plea agreement. She faced up to 30 years in prison for the crime, but was instead sentenced to a little more than six years. A confidential informant gave Hangsleben $250 in exchange for 10 fentanyl
