POLK COUNTY, Minn. — An East Grand Forks man was granted a stayed 33-month sentence Tuesday, June 10, for felony drug possession. Richard Franklin Jackson, 55, was originally charged with two counts of felony second-degree sale of a controlled substance in a prohibited zone, however, one count was amended to a possession charge and the other count was dismissed.
