EARLINGTON, Ky., (KBSI) — A mother and her boyfriend have been arrested in connection with the death of a 10-month-old infant. Kentucky State Police said Samantha Stagner, 27, and Dayton Mason, 29, both of Earlington, were charged with first-degree manslaughter.
