E-bike rider slapped N.J. woman in the face after she told him to slow down

An E-bike rider accused of slapping a woman who told him to slow down at the waterfront promenade in Keyport last week has been arrested, police said.The incident happened around 10 p.m. on American Legion Drive on June 12. The street runs along the promenade in the borough.
