E-bike rider seriously injured in collision with pick-up truck, N.J. cops say

An e-bike rider suffered serious injuries on Wednesday after becoming involved in a crash with a pickup truck. Several 911 callers reported the incident, which happened about 4:55 p.m. at the intersection of North Main Street and Monmouth Street in Hightstown. When officers arrived, they discovered an e-bike that had collided with a pickup truck with an attached trailer, the Hightstown Police Department said in a statement.
