U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio should be careful what he wishes for. U.S. President Donald Trump has speculated Rubio could be “the next president of Cuba” after the U.S. overthrows the Communist regime that has ruled the island for the past 67 years, and this week he suggested this takeover might be done by the U.S. Navy “on its way home” from the Persian Gulf.
