Construction of the Dushanbe–Khorog–Kulma fiber-optic communications line has entered an advanced stage. Isfandiyor Sadullo, head of the Communications Service under the Government of Tajikistan, recently inspected progress on the project in Murgab District of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) .
