While the so-called "Duplomb" law was partially censored three days ago by the Constitutional Council with the ban on re-authorization of acetamipride, its opponents do not mess with their pleasure but worry that the rest of the legislation has been retained. Conversely, its supporters rejoice, although they deplore the deletion of article 2.
Following the decision of the Constitutional Council on Thursday, 7 August, Libération takes stock of the different positions for the future of this very controversial law, as well as for the acetamipride, whose use has been reversed.
