DULUTH — A man allegedly admitted to pouring gasoline in a Boy Scouts cabin and setting it on fire last fall. Andrew Thomas Kubiak, 35, of Duluth, was charged recently with first-degree arson in the Sept. 13 blaze in Fredenberg Township.
