DULUTH, Minn. – Duluth City Councilor Mike Mayou has announced he will step down from the Duluth City Council at the end of June 2025. The resignation is pending the successful closing of his family’s home sale and  purchase of a new home. Mayou previously announced that he would not be running for re-election in November.
