Mayor Determines to Attend only Emergencies Due to Lack of Diesel

Given the shortage of fuel that affects the country, the Mayor of Cochabamba reported that it is prioritizing the use of diesel and gasoline exclusively for emergency care, in order to guarantee essential services to the population.

The Mayor’s Secretary of Infrastructure, Gustavo Navia, reported that 90% of the equipment runs on diesel or gasoline, and that the work of bumping “has been truncated.”
