A court in Dubai has fined a young man 5,000 dirhams for driving without a license and hitting a pedestrian without stopping. The owner of the vehicle who gave the driver an unlicensed vehicle was also fined 1,000 dirhams. The accident occurred at a zebra crossing in Al Rafah.
