Drugmakers Score Policy Win in Fight Against 340B

UNITED STATES, AUG 4 – The pilot program will test replacing upfront discounts with rebates on 10 drugs to assess impacts on oversight and program integrity, with nearly 60% of hospitals involved in 340B.

A new pilot program from HHS will test alterations to the contentious 340B pricing program by swapping traditional upfront drug discounts for rebates.
