Drug trafficking in Verdun: eleven people arrested, three points of deal dismantled

The police intervened early in the week in Verdun, Meuse, for a large blow of anti-narcotics net. Several people were arrested and eight accused were tried in an immediate appearance on Thursday, 3 April. Three deal points were dismantled.

On the basis of an investigation carried out by the Microtraffic Team of the Attorney General's Office in charge of Dr. Franco Carbone, in conjunction with Prosecutor Dr. César Cabrera of the Regional Prosecutor's Office 2, raids were carried out in Roldan on Thursday and there were three detainees. Presented as part of an immediate appearance procedure, on 3 April, eight men arrested in the large-scale operation on 31 March and 1 April will finally be tried on 22 May, and they have been remanded in custody pending the hearing.
