Two teenagers aged 15 were in cardio-respiratory arrest after drowning near the river port of the Moulin Saint-Paul, at the level of the bridge of the Republic in Besançon (Doubs). Tonight, the mayor (LR) of Besançon, Ludovic Fagaut announced their death.
Two 15-year-olds died by drowning after diving into the water of the Doubs, the river that crosses Besançon and where it is forbidden to bathe, because of the currents. The tragedy occurs in the middle of heat wave.
