On Monday, 16 February, the Russian occupation forces struck the hospital in Dniprovsky district of Herson and informed the Herson City Military Administration. At night, the occupation forces attacked a laundry facility from the rocket systems of the rocket fire. 2 workers aged 49 and 63 years were hit by a blow to a health centre. 4th floor and facade were damaged, windows were knocked out and medical offices were destroyed.
