A VACANT field at Bishop Place at Brookhurst Street in Westminster (OCFA photo). A drone was used in fighting a fire in a vacant field in Westminster Friday afternoon. According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the blaze was reported after 3 p.m. in a field near Bishop Place and Brookhurst Street.
