In recent weeks, two young men aged 16 and 19 from the Paris and Loire regions have been arrested by the Plan police in Valencia in a context of gang war, each time they have been recruited on social networks to commit murder.
The facts date back to April 26th in the Plan district of Valencia. As a result, a young person travelling by scooter was spotted by a gang. About 20 people hit him before the police arrived. He was in possession of a 9 mm gun.

A 16-year-old, armed, was arrested in the Plan district of Valencia on 26 April. He was recruited on social media and came to carry out a "contract". He could be stopped, before opening fire, by young people in the area. He was charged and the JIRS is in charge of the investigation.
