DRIVETIME MAHATMA: Rule to remember: If it’s being used as a trailer, it needs a trailer license | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Dear Mahatma: My husband and I were traveling south on Interstate 430 the other day when we overtook a Jeep towing a trailer. My husband immediately recognized the trailer was made from the rear end of a 1952 Ford. It was really pretty but had an antique automobile license plate. Do these plates stay with the car or should it be licensed as a trailer? -- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
