Drivetime Mahatma: Here’s the 311 on how you can address pothole problems | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Dear Mahatma: I enclose images of the Pothole with A Cone. This, as these images document, occupies much of the north crosswalk area of the intersection of H and North Polk streets in Little Rock. This is at the southwest corner of the playground of Our Lady of Holy Souls School. The declivity is about 4 inches deep. The cone has been there for three weeks, at least. The pothole has been there far longer.
