Driver Sentenced to 15 Years in Fatal 2021 Cedartown Hit-and-Run DUI Case

A man who pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a fatal hit-and-run crash in Cedartown has been sentenced to 15 years, with the first eight years to be served in prison. According to the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, Jason Ingram pleaded guilty to two counts of First Degree Homicide by Vehicle, Driving Under the Influence, and Hit and Run.
