SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA)— A driver has been cited after a crash caused dead chickens to spill across Interstate 26 in Spartanburg County. The SC Department of Transportation said the crash occurred Tuesday morning on the westbound lanes at mile marker 26 near Dorman High School.
