A Cowes man who was almost 3 times the drink-drive limit when he smashed into parked cars in Cowes has been banned from the roads for more than 2 years. Joseph Marshall, 46, of Newport Road in Cowes, appeared before Magistrates for sentencing last week (9th June) having previously pleaded guilty to drink driving.
