DRC: MSF Calls on the Global Fund to Keep North Kivu a Priority in Its Malaria Response

In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is concerned about a potential decrease in funding for the fight against malaria in North Kivu, a province in the east of the country plagued by armed conflict. According to the NGO, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria may remove the province from its priorities for the next plan (2027, 2028, and 2029) due to a decline in international funding.
