Durban – A building that was under renovation in the central business district has collapsed on top of workers. ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said the building, situated along Union Lane, collapsed just before 11:00 on Saturday, 9 May 2026.   “At this stage, one person is believed to be severely entrapped,” said Jamieson.
