One week after the two explosions of the “Bolivar” barracks, which left 14 soldiers dead and 80 wounded among the military and civilians, in addition to the damage to hundreds of properties in the area, the mayor of Viacha, Jenrry Patzi, said yesterday that he analyses calling for the transfer of the military unit because of the danger it represents. Patzi said it is very likely that three houses near the barracks will collapse.
