DPW’s “Quick Build” Pilot Project on Rt 1 by NY State Line Takes Neighbors by Surprise

DPW's proposed pilot is to do a 'quick build' in the area of Rte 1 at Pemberwick Rd and Byram Rd, at the border of New York as a traffic calming measure. Quick build materials include jersey barriers and bollards that are easily removed if necessary. The pilot program would start at the end of August and run through October.
