Downtown safety again a concern after MPD says group of women robbed on Beale Street

Chaos broke out on Beale Street, just days after the National Guard set boots on the ground in Memphis. Four women were assaulted and robbed by a group of men who took off with their car, according to the Memphis Police Department.
