A former employee of Vilnius construction company Infes downloaded large amounts of data considered confidential and used it to benefit his current employer, a court has ruled. However, the former deputy director of the construction company claims that this is revenge by Infes and therefore plans to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court of Lithuania.
