Downed tree on BART tracks halts service between South Hayward, Fremont
(BCN) -- BART train service stopped Wednesday afternoon between the South Hayward and Fremont stations because of a downed tree on the tracks, according to a spokesperson for the transit agency. The service disruption was reported at about 12:10 p.m. BART spokesperson Chris Filippi said Alameda-Contra Costa Transit buses are taking riders between the affected stations.
