Dover Man Charged in Shooting Incident Sunday Morning in Dover

Dover Police were called to West Loockerman Street early Sunday morning for a shots fired complaint. Police were able to determine that 36 year old Anthony Simpson of Dover fired a handgun in front of a crowd and left in a vehicle. At 1:17 a.m. on Nov. 23, officers responded to a shots fired complaint at the 100 block of West Loockerman Street.
