From the Douglas County Sherriff’s Office:   On June 19, 2025, Deputy Jesse Three Eagles responded to a call off the PP Highway for a child who had been swept into a culvert under a bridge and become entrapped.   Deputy Three Eagles, Goodhope Fire, Cox Ambulance and numerous Citizens responded to the scene.
