- Tournament director Tracy West said Tuesday there are a lot of positives, citing likely increased local sponsorship and March weather that is warm without being humid and sticky.
- Beyond the Florida swing, The CJ Cup Byron Nelson moves to April 29-May 2 in Dallas instead of being back-to-back with Colonial, with the schedule flowing to Tampa before the Truist Championship and PGA Championship.
