- Nextpower Chief Operating Officer Robert Vinje emphasized the project's economic impact, stating, "Mammoth Solar is a powerful example of what happens when we connect American manufacturing directly to American energy infrastructure."
- Doral Renewables President and CEO Nick Cohen noted the project integrates agrivoltaics, adding, "Today is the culmination of true partnership between the Pulaski County community and Doral." The company plans to explore specialty crops and livestock grazing.
- Indiana Secretary of Energy Suzanne Jaworowski praised the development's speed, stating, "In the world of economic development right now, every project is looking for speed to electrons." This aligns with Doral's broader portfolio of over 22 GW.
