Antidoping Norway has reported the discovery of the substance DMBA in samples from Norwegian football players after a match between LSK and Vålerenga in April. The Norwegian Football Association (NFF) announced today that DMBA has been found in samples of the rubber granulate on the artificial turf pitch in question.
The doping case in the Toppserien was due to rubber granules in the LSK hall. The NFF recommends that all matches be moved outdoors due to the doping regulations.
